- About
- It is becoming an all-time favourite for most people that are into spices food. But, have you ever tasted the dry version of wonton curry noodles before? The taste is quite the same as the soupy curry wonton noodles. However, the only difference between these two dishes is the existence of the broth itself. Just like its name, ‘Dry’ wonton mee is served dry just like the stir fry wonton noodles with the rich curry flavour within it. The recipe style is quite the same as this Chinese food named “Lo Mein”, which means Chinese egg noodles stir-fried with soy sauce and other additional ingredients. This KI.TA’s dry curry wonton noodles are very suitable for those who love to eat fried noodles together with fried wonton. it just takes two minutes to prepare the KI.TA's Dry Curry Wonton Noodles. Firstly, add dry wantan mee into the empty pot after it has been filled with water. Place the pot on the stove and turn on the fire. Let the egg noodles come to a boil for two minutes. When the allotted time has passed, filter the cooked noodles in the colander and then leave them to rest for a while. You could have the condiments prepared on the plate. You check the noodles until all the extra water has drained out. Unseal the paste and vegetable oil with scissors, then place them on the platter. Put the strained wanton mee on top of that and give it a good stir. And finally, enjoy your meal!
